Budget: w/ good rare axe~ 100d. w/ Jack the Axe~50d

This is a kinda "budget" build, so no Forbidden jewels Masterful form, Stranglegasp, +1 frenzy gloves, Progenesis etc. The weapon costs about 50d, but all the content can be done with a unique Jack the axe, there is an t17 map episode with it in the video.

Cons: need to press a lot of buttons to maintain consistent damage, Low max hit, many endgame/uncommon uniques, Off color body armour, requires cluster jewels.

Pros: Decent coverage, mobility and dps. Lucky block.

Tattoos:
Leap slam always stun enemies that are on full life, so you need at least x2 Tattoo of the Tukohama Warrior (5% chance to fortify on stun)
1x Tattoo of the Kitava Blood drinker (0.5% attack life leech) - i dont use Blood rage
Tattoo of the Kitava Warrior - these will increase global physical damage, which scales damage from bleed and bleedsplosions. Other sources: Large clusters, Light of Meaning, Watcher eye.

Gems:
Stormblast mines: counted by Rallying cry, +25% more damage for exerted attacks (hit, bleed, poison, etc), its also good dps burst from mine aura. (more details at the end of the video)
Deadly ailments: must-have gem, greatly reduces hit damage: if you oneshot mobs there will be no bleedsplosion from Gratuitous Violence.
Brutality: can be replaced with Ruthless (much more dps, but less consistent)
Urgent Orders x2: can be replaced with Admonisher tree cluster.
Blood rage: I haven't used this gem, but that's just personal preference. Use it if you want.

Content:
Map mods to avoid: reduced block chance, phys reflect, bleed avoidance, 90% monster phys reduction.
Preferred content: Corridor-layout maps (Silo, Toxic sewer, etc), Harvest, Betrayal, Bosses.

Other:
Divine shield: Works well with blocked phys damage and Echoes of Creation. Grab some high ES+Life gloves, it will help against dot on maps.

Cluster jewels: 6-passive "Exerted effect" medium clusters are really good for damage and other stats. Crafting method: alt-aug-regal-exalt/chaos spam/harvest reforge. Crafting these is quite easy, but I recommend crafting them first, and then adjusting the missing stats using other pieces of gear.

Body armour offcoloring: Tainted chromatics, avg attempts ~120
