How To Get Budget CWDT Started - Bare Minimum Requirements - Scion 3.20 Sanctum League is a Path of Exile Ascendant build by Calli, made for the Sanctum league (3.20). It is centered on Ice Spear and plays as a critical, intelligence, spell, projectile archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 17.5M DPS with 34.93K effective HP, 1.47K life. Suited for: Sanctum. Key uniques include Kiara's Determination, Olroth's Resolve, Dying Sun, Heartbound Loop, Skin of the Lords.

I recommend buying all gear/gems before leveling a Scion to 72. Prices change a lot and you need every single item perfectly to work. I have all the item searches saved on the Better Trading extension. See my pinned comment below.

Extra Notes & FAQ's I didn't discuss:
- You have to press your flasks, then weapon swap to start the build. (make sure flasks have 'Reused at the end of this flask effect' crafted on it.) Go afk for a minute or 2 and make sure the build is still going when you get back to make sure it works fully.
- Must have 0 armor, any armor at all bricks the build
- Chaos resistance must be -60%, any chaos res at all bricks the build
- Pantheon: Brine King until you get Kiara's Determination flask working, then Arakaali fully upgraded. Shakari fully upgraded.
- Forbidden Flame and Flesh allocating Trickster is not needed right away, just a nice damage increase. (Get flask effect duration/ cooldown recovery rate jewels if you can't afford high rolls on a belt and/or boots)
