Trying to make voltaxic burst work. My goal is ubers. Is it possible? Not on a budget lol. Life stacking kinda busted to make the burst look like this. I listed the pob's below for current progression. You do not need a mageblood for this build. Solving resistance will require running purity of elements and shopping around for rares or getting lucky with white sockets and the untouched soul amulet.
