After many weeks and an immense amount of tinkering with the build, I feel I've landed on a nice end point for the Call of the Brotherhood Freezing variant of this Twister build. Since last time, the major updates including Whirling Slash feeding off Accuracy to replace movement speed altogether. And the other one is Cull the Weak and all the QoL that skill brings. In this video I explain in detail the reasons for these updates and more.
The budget for this build with the gear shown here is somewhere in the 300-600 divine orb range. However, it can be thrown together with less power and survivability for a little as 5-10 divines with good use of trade. Keep in mind, survivability is delicate as this is a life build. It's crucial to get a high life roll on every available rare gear slot. Use the Maxroll link as a guide.
