Path of Exile [3.8] Ultimate Slave Driver Spectre Necromancer Build, Never Die Again!

Necromancer with minions is really popular in 3.8 Blight league and the most used skill is Raise Spectre. Spectre has extremely good clear speed and can do everything in this game without a great budget. I have done Uber elder 8 times in 3.8 blight league and have died a total of 0 times, instant phasing even on my first kill with budget gear (see the end of the video). I highly recommend this build for anyone that wants to face roll all path of exile content.....before they nerf it in 3.9:P
