FOR THE SCEPTER YOU DO NOT NEED A MIRROR TIER SCEPTER TO START! YOU CAN FIND MY OLD SCEPTER IN THE POB!

All you need to do for the scepter is get a crusader weapon with chance to convert physical to cold and awakeners orb it with a redeemer scepter for hatred affect! This will give you everything you need on the weapon to get started!
