70% max life, 120% life as ES T17, pog. This skill tortured me like no other, in the end i think it actually turned out pretty good, sadly this is probably as far as it's gonna go damage wise, unless you wanna make a giga hunter dot sword ( +82% dps with all t1 mods, but good luck crafting that :^) ) I guess profane proxy could add more damage instead of chill but you'd have to fix resists somehow, but definitely worth it since you could be using punishment for a lot more damage on low life bossess. About 30-35 divs for the build, lost track.
