A few weeks ago I made this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExileBuilds/comments/xey8nc/comment/ioq23h6/?context=3 , Showing off a self made build that was able to finally kill an uber, well I'm back and I've done it again. This time however, I've taken separate interactions that people have found and put them in to one build. So I can't really call this self made, but people should be able to actually copy this one!

I currently have the build almost min/maxed, but with less investment and a few points in the tree sacrificed, it can be played on a lot cheaper budget. Only thing I can think of that might be essential and expensive is a massive thread of hope and a brutal restraint with at least " 40% increased flask charges gained" (so you can have perma flask up time in hideout WITH NO MAGEBLOOD.) This build can be played on 2 items as rare and the rest as uniques. My personal budget so far is in the range of 70-80 divines.

Sorry if I've missed anything, still quite new to sharing builds.

Edit: So for item interactions, the build relies on you converting 100% of physical damage you take to elemental damage. This is accomplished by using the newly buffed lightning coil/ a well rolled dawn breaker shield/a permanent taste of hate flask/ and a watchers eye with physical taken as. Since we now take 0 physical damage, we don't need Determination or vaal molten shell and we can use Grace instead to gain 75% chance to evade. On top of that, since were using a well rolled Dawnbreaker (48% chance to block from one item) we can cap both our attack block and spell block using "versatile combatant". Also since were right side of the tree, spell suppression is extremely easy to cap. All of this results in an omega tanky character and all we have to do is solve damage, and for that we use poisons. Poison damage is capped at 35 mill damage per second, so as long as we reach this cap, no more damage is needed (and this is actually very easy with Pconc since each time I attack, I stack 13 poisons.)

Also since our potions last forever (even in hideout,) we can use our potions to solve all of our mana problems and elemental resist problems, not needing any elemental resist on gear.

My next upgrade is yet another massive thread of hope to pick up Lethe shade in the tree and become truly immortal.

I also did wave 30 sim on one death. I was only getting a maximum of 5 rewards per round ( and sometimes only 4,) so I wouldn't say it's an amazing simulacrum build, but it can get the job done. I'll link a video shortly.
