Don't forget you can use packsize to balance out as well. Run a handful of maps to test your rarity. Purple wisps can change the outcome from map to map as well.
8-mod with 3% per mod is probably a bit better. I just don't feel like farming them at this stage of the league. I spent too much time farming them for titanic exiles. Up to you which way to go. I wanted something easy going.
