One last test before the servers restart at the very end of the league. Here, the character is 5 levels above the zone, so Voll can't actually kill him, but the slam still hurts enough to get a sense of the HP regen available on top of the RF degen.
I don't know, I think this proto-build thing works as a base for a league starter. The RF sustain is entirely independent of gear. It can out-regen it as soon as level 30, and it's safe enough for leveling from level 33.
