Here's a quick update on the most important changes for the Soulwrest Phantasm League Starter build in Path of Exile 3.28. The TLDR is that Grafts are not going core, and Awakened Support Gems are removed in 3.28, which means we have to wait for the Exceptional Support Gems to bring the build up-to-date.
