This experimental elementalist build deals a ton of damage on a budget of 30 div. Typical ignite dps is around 15 million against the shaper. One of the cool techs used in this build involves lightpoacher spirit charges. By socketing archmage support into the helmet, the spirit charges gain a mana cost, which when you have zero mana due to the agnostic keystone draining your mana to zero, it won't waste your charges during a boss fight. This build isn't fully optimized yet, and is very vulnerable to one shots. Physical max hit of 4k or less, yikes!
