Blade Vortex Scion T17 showcase | 3.3 AOE radius | Fast, tanky, good dps | 5/6 mirror budget

Hi, here is the BV I made this league. POB : https://pobb.in/IF4CtSYLz7Ss I used Scion because i already had one leveled but Occultist would be good too. (just swap lethal pride setup for militant faith)

The build uses HH but is really good even without buff :

• 94k ehp with Molten Shell (42k without with 16kphys max hit)
• 25M dps without weird condition, just press elemental weakness.
• Much more dps with HH buff since we use hatred and phys conversion.
• This build uses rational doctrine/lethal pride/transcendent flesh tech to get big dps increase.
• I don't use Militanth faith with inner conviction because Scion gives onslaught while at max Frenzy charges. MS is too precious.
• 100% elemental ailment avoidance with stormshroud. (abyss jewel + boots)
• 100% spell suppress
• Elusive/phasing/onslaught
• 11L wand with squire allows us to use Shield charge to increase clear speed.
• Capped pdr + 78% evade chance (95% with vaal grace)
• HH ES buff (not rare since multiple buff gives ES) is crazy good on this build since all our defensive layers are really powerful with a big ES pool.
• 52% phys taken as ele
• Enduring cry for endurance charges and regen.

The strat I'm running is barrels tattoo farming with glittering. I farmed multiple mirrors with it, but it's niche and like 50 people more doing it and market would crash. Maybe i'll do a video about it later.

Feel free to ask any question but this build cannot be done without mirrors. If you want to play BV on a "budget", try the CI occultist full unique variant.
