Lightning Spear Tactician could be the new S tier mapper. Here's why. (PoE 2 O.4)

UPDATE FOR 0.5: This build has been buffed. The addition of the new delirium anoint Storm's Rebuke (shown in the 0.5 delirium showcase) is a massive boost to our damage since we use all damage types and break armour on enemies. There is a slight ES nerf but deflect buffed. Will not affect the build in a major way, although it may be useful to lean more into deflect.

For league starters: I recommend grenade tactician or whirling slash/twisters. Then swap to this in lategame for map blasting.
