This Monk Chayula build for Path of Exile 2's new league "Runes of Alduur" uses the implicit skill "His Foul Emergence" from The Unborn Lich unique staff.
The build focuses on scaling cast/skill speed and cooldown reduction because His Foul Emergence has very slow cooldown and cast time. We also utilize the Decompose ability from Corpsewade unique boots to help with screen clear.
