Idea came from this guy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gs-ToBs5QVo He went in detail about the mechanic of the skill "suspend in time" from the Sands of Time scepter as well as on why using Sabo. In short, 2 sabo nodes give huge cdr and trigger bots which "suspend in time" is a trigger skill so we instead of 3 cast, now it only takes 2 cast to trigger.
I don't know how to do math so I don't how much cast speed, cd and duration to min/max the damage. The skill is so clunky so I choose prioritize make the game play smoother without sacrifice so much dps. I tried to change things a bunch for the last few days and finally feel this is the best so far.
I don't know to fully config how much dps I do since I really don't know how to calculate the damage from all the triggers.
