Bitterdream does half of this damage if my math is correct, total build cost is 4 mirrors, but I'm stupid enough to spend 3/4 on a mirrored wand, mageblood and 2 level 5 exceptional gems
Rest of the gear is pretty affordable, because nobody plays minions, I bought my perfect elegant hubris jewel for 1 divine and there was like 10+ listed for under 2 divine
