Not min-maxed, but finished 40/40 challenges so recorded a couple ubers and a T17 (unallocated Strength of Blood for ubers).

Runecrafting is pretty neat so, I wanted to play a build with a powerful enchant while they're around. Also, I wanted to find something that wasn't wands or 2h swords as they were meta already. One-handed axes have farshot > abuse Nimis with Splitting Steel. 1H Axes have low base crit on all base types (5%) and endurance charges are buffed this league > Slayer ascendancy.

Don't really recommend the build due to charge uptime issues and it's kind of expensive. Keeping endurance and frenzy charges up is annoying or impossible due to some map mods/boss phases. Can't find the spare points for 100% charge duration mastery or fit in Ralakesh's Impatience. Also, recommend gem swapping awakened vicious proj for ubers, and pierce support for mapping. Or be lazy and leave pierce in.
