Edit: I forgot to mention in the video but I leveled with Spectral Throw/Spectral Helix until level 38, when I got returning projectiles support.

I've been having a blast with league start testing the reworked Splitting Steel ability on a Champion. In Path of Exile 3.23 Splitting Steel was reworked so that the non-transfigured version does not include Call of Steel which greatly improved QoL. In this guide I talk about the leveling process of this skill and what I plan to do with the character next. Mainly test out different weapon setups, transition to a crit based build, and finally test a cold conversion setup!
