List of skills: Lightning Strike. Absolute beast of a skill. Can be scaled much higher than this. Holy Relic. Put this with CTWD and Culling and you have utility that's constantly healing you. Works well.
Items of Note: Dual Ele Pen Claws. 220 / 301 PDPS, 16% / 8% Ele Pen. 67% Crit Multi, 25% Lightning Damage amulet. Broken as hell. 16 PDPS Elder Gloves w/ 11% inc attack speed and 200+ accuracy. Also broken as hell.
