Hello everyone! This build uses the recently released Mind of the Council. This build slightly circumvents the giant mana cost addition of the item by summoning totems that don't need to constantly used, saving mana.

This is just something I threw together and can probably be minmaxed a lot better, tbh. Let me know if you have any questions.
