Hi guys,

Just want to share my version of this Cast when stunned Chieftain build from last league. It got quite a lot of changes/nerfs came with the 3.24 patches, so here's my edition for Necropolis league. So far it has reached T16 as a slow progress player, but for the limited budget spent, I'd say it's a massive success so far.

The core of the build (explained in note section of Pob) is ~1.2 divine minimum cost with current price, mostly for Immutable Force and Bloodnotch jewels. I do have a Fulcrum in my character (which I bought for 90c earlier, which is massively criminally underpriced). But the Fulcrum is pure clearspeed/quality of life, it do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for defense, and also no stat from fulcrum improve the dps of DD of chain reaction - our main skill. You can get way way tankier with a generic fire dmg sceptre, and a shield like Rise of Phoenix, or other better options of shields, or for more dmg, another sceptre. 1 thing I forgot to address in the build which is the cluster jewels, well you don't really need the 2 large cluster at all, it's just the final 10 points for the build, there's no better option but going for these 2 clusters. The "mandatory" cluster is the natural Afinity, which is quite cheap. It adds tankiness, however also not related to the function of the build.
