I have put alot of effort in getting all the lightning interactions going scaling attack and spelldamage while maintaining survivability. this build has 60% evasion and gets ailment and stun treshold from dex. mana is the healthpool and berserk together with rage and alot of attack speed made this build possible. https://pobb.in/9BY0aUA5cEev
