The bare minimum for this concept to function is the Maw of Mischief helmet, 100% chance to ignite, and the Dark Marionette spectres which respawn 1 second after dying/being consumed by the Death Wish skill.
Idea is simple: scale up minion life for massive base fire damage. DW deals 19% of sacrificed minion's life as fire damage. My spectres have 520k life, which equates to 99k fire damage from which to scale the ignites for massive single target damage. Combine that with a source of explosions and ignite proliferation (Fan the Flames for example) and you have decent clear as well.
