I think this is a really really good build for Ruthless, as it is a fast mapper with possibility to clear almost all Ubers. It does require Weaponswap for AoE / Single target, but you do get used to it fast.

When farming t16.5's / t17's for 70%+ quant maps, I could run Path not Taken for +2 random map mods, as well as risk scarabs, and it was no problem for build to handle, just keep enduring mana in inventory for no mana maps.

Some extra notes from me:

Build is equal DPS (according to PoB) on Guardian / Necro. But Necro is better in the long run, since +20 free res, and option to fix mana or get life recovery through minion leech. I only did it as Guardian because I wanted smooth leaguestart as Absolution Guardian, and then didn't want to relevel.

I am not good in PoB, so it is based on Master T Pob, and then I made a mess of it, so it might have wrong configs etc. But what is in it is roughly my final setup, where for bosses / mapping i swap around some stuff to fix Chaos res or more dmg etc.

Since you can't solve mana with -mana cost rings, I think you have to run clarity, or come up with other creative solution if you play Guardian. Since socket starved I went for mark on hit on Sniper's mark (1/4 to hit with new Coins) to fit clarity

Take Alira as bandit for resist fix.

It can clear Ubers on a 5l, but since i got 6l before all spectres I had luxury of 6l for them.

My spectre setup ended up being:

Perfect Pain Artist (Zealotry + Crit multi)

Perfect Forest Warrior (Onslaught+Cull, very nice since spectre onslaught gives MS)

Perfect Blood Demon (Pride)

Perfect Judgemental Spirit (Disc)

Spectral Leader (t17 map desecrate spam) 20% increased action speed

Blood Demon is hard to get (spent 10 days only ritual farm before someone else put it on trade and I could buy it, got x2 Omen of Fortune and x2 Connection, but no Blood Demon)

In hindsight Perfect Forest Tiger for haste and run Pride yourself is easier to get (but will probably feel worse to play). It is also an option to run Guardian Turtle instead of Judgemental spirit, but then you probably want to go the Twilight Regalia route, which can be hard to squeeze attributes for.
