[PoE 2] Ranger Leveling | 0.3 The Third Edict

Ranger, specifically Deadeye is looking amazing this patch. And I amcurious to explore some builds in the end game. After testing out some ranger campaign runs, Lightning Arrow and Lightning Rod is really strong and probably the most safest starter for the ranger class. The Updated and Reworked skills also good, so it will be fun experimenting with them.

Disclaimer, there are a few moving variables with this patch. We don't know the passive tree and exactly how it will be, and we dont know the exact details of the support gems.
