It's finally time to try a second build in the Legacy of Phrecia event! The weird Raise Zombie of Falling plus Spectres thing kinda sorta almost worked, but this time we're trying something a little more conventional. We're playing Elemental Hit of the Spectrum on Daughter of Oshabi with Queen of the Forest and The Gull to maximize our Evasion, our Movement Speed, and our Shrine effects. I'm not sure how much damage this build will pump out, but I'm certain that it's gonna be fast as hecc! YEET!
