*BTW i totally sucked at uber elder, could have done it not more than 2 mins, but yeah, i sucked real bad when using bow :/ please forgive.
There are many ways of building Scourge Arrow, but if you have plenty of currencies and plan to invest on building the strongest scourge arrow, here you go ;)
