[3.29] Icestorm Assassin Endgame is a Path of Exile Assassin build by Kelvynn PoE, made for the Allflame league (3.29). It is centered on Icestorm. In Path of Building it reaches 2.29M DPS with 73.09K effective HP, 1 life, 7.99K energy shield. Key uniques include The Whispering Ice, Anathema, The Whispering Ice, The Writhing Jar, The Writhing Jar.

You can level to 33 any way you want. Cobra Lash and Icicle Mines are included in the Start loadout as an example. As well as cheap twink gear.
At lv 33 you equip The Whispering Ice and start self-casting it. It's clunky but it insta-kills almost everything at those levels. Do the 1st Lab immediately.
At lv 38 you can start using Cyclone-CwC for a smoother gameplay.
You want two staves ideally: one for cycloning through the areas and one for deleting bosses.
Do the 2nd Lab in Act 7, take the instant leech.
You can go CI in Act 6 forest areas or in Act 7. Do a couple of Einhar missions and beastcraft an anti-bleed flask before going CI. Bleeding and Corrupted Blood can be brutal without it.
Replace Icetomb with Vis Mortis in Act 9. You will need that ES.
Do the 3rd Lab before killing Kitava.
Follow the guide. This is an INT STACKING build. Everything except the special boots must have INT!
As soon as you can get a Companionship support, start using Stone Golem (15% less damage taken). Replace it with AG when you have some regen items for it.
Switch to the cluster tree (Budget loadout) as soon as you get at least one cold cluster jewel and 2x Split Personality with Int.
You can start killing uber pinnacle bosses with the Budget items. It will get progressively easier as you keep upgrading towards the Luxury items.
Simplex amulet is not required for anything. It's the final upgrade goal for this build.
