Have been thinking a lot about the interaction between locus mine and nimis, and came up with this pretty fun looking build. Decent dot damage, decent survivability and pretty cheap. I did make a way more expensive version that should get to dot cap with the same defenses, but I'm looking for some feedback on things I could do differently for my week 1 pob (note 40% more damage config from locus mine, though in reality its probably more than that):

.
Main mechanics of the build:
-
nimis overwrites the downsides of locus mine, so you can throw mines right at an enemy and they should get hit by it on the return. You can use returning proj until you get it.
-
mines ignore attack speed, so i can forego a bow and use widowhail + a juiced up quiver. Endgame i'd want a hunter with both dot and fire dot, but there a lot of very useful stats that all get a 3.5x multiplier.
-
with the power charges from detonating mines, I can contstantly proc the ignite refresh fire mastery with my 20% crit chance which will keep refreshing my initial 20 fuse ea preload mine sequence on bosses, since my throw speed is fast and there will be tons of hits going out.
-
can use EO and EE because of how ea works with flat added ele, and since we dont need a +gems bow we can use a skin of the lords with EE (eventually, I know theyre expensive so im using skin of loyal in this pob)
-
with mine detonation speed nodes, we should be able to hit at least 10 fuses every time, but probably 20 later on. might even be able to go divergent, but this will need testing
