Welcome to my Primal Strikes Oracle Build Guide for Path of Exile 2!
This build is all about combining Primal Strikes with the Oracle ascendancy while using the unique chest Decree of Loyalty to push the build's defenses and create a character that can take a hit while still putting out some serious damage.
Decree of Loyalty is one of the key pieces that makes this setup work. Instead of going all-in on damage, we're able to use the chest to significantly improve our defensive layers without sacrificing what makes Primal Strikes feel so good to play.
