BUILD RECAP
- First SHIELD CHARGE hit counts as BLOCKING = shield EXPLODES
- More attack speed = more explosions/s (Soul Eater = good)
- Shield Explosion scales with % quality on it (over 20 quality = good)
- Need Arcane Surge source, because shield explosion costs nothing, but it's the best support (support early, synth impl later)
- Stack Golems and their buff effect to get generic scaling package
- Dark Monarch helmet + Primordial bond = 180% inc dmg per node
- Stack herald buff effect for global physical damage scaling
- Elegant hubris = ignore attributes + herald buff tattoos
- Full ailment immunity (Elegant Hubris + Boot impl/jewel + Stormshroud)
- Explode flask + Herald of Ash(+ explode body armour higher budget)
- Hatred crit Watcher's Eye unlocks Elemental Overload (tested, it works)
