Costs: I have spent around 600 divines on this build (historic prices), veiled orbs went up a lot since though. I also got extremely lucky crafting the helm. That said, when I started I did not have progenesis, I did not have chaos res on the cluster, also was not using the 8l helm. So yes, you can start on less of a budget, but it is BY NO MEANS a cheap build, especially if you do not craft your own gear
