Technically useable by other ascendancies, but getting to a useable attack speed on other ascendancy is either really expensive or impractical.

Considering how many Gemling Legionaire build is popping up recently, and will likely to get more popular, hopefully this tech helps some Gemling builds out there wanting to have good sustain on energy shield or life or give ideas to an interesting weapon swap setup other than just buffing/debuffing/mobility.
