It has multiple levels of Gear Investment but is default set to what I used in the video. I stated in my previous posts that all you needed was enough money to buy the uniques and I set out to prove how cheap this build is to start out on. Cost Breakdown is in the description of the video but all told it took 331C to put everything together for what I felt is the true starting point of the build.
