EDIT : solved

So i've farmed 2 weeks to afford an omni cwdt wardloop ice spear.

i've watched guides about how wardloop works and how to get it rolling to understand what i was doing and not just copy pasting, followed pob but i have 2 problems which i can't solve on my own and couldnt find answers in here.

The first one is that even though cwdt triggers, it's not looping, it casts once and i never see my life nor mana back through recoup or anything, my "loop" just stops on first iteration leaving me with dry balls(life and mana spheres).

If i just watch closely when switching my weapons for the spectral spirit to proc i can see my sigil shows up im pretty sure forbidden rite too, skellies do appear and disapear, the one i actually don't see proc (or i'm blind) is my staff link cwdt with creeping frost ,freezing pulse etc.

I've tested with all lvl 21 cwdt except the low lvl forbidden proc, i've also tested with lower skellies at lv19 for lv 19cwdt, 20 on staff and 21 on chest to see if it would change having them on different treshold, nope.

My last guess here is about a much lower anomalous skellies gem but i'm completlely bankrupt atm to buy a non corrupt one to dowlevel it after all his invest; so i would like to know if it would do something or not before borrowing my friend exalts.

The second is that i have my olroth's flask that still stops sustaining in hideout even though i invested in everything others invested in tree/jewels/clusters and it's 28%quali with min roll on charges used. And i'm pretty sure making the loop work wont solve that downtime after 3 or 4 of "reuse at the end of flask effect".

LV97 and still have few skillpoints to get from acting but i dont see any that would actually fix my problems. (will get them after posting this)

TLDR : I've farmed two weeks for a build and i have no idea what i'm doing
