This is not a league start guide , this is my planned day 2-3 build ,for the league starter i still dont know what i will start with ,but most likely ruetoo's phys dot elementalist and then use that to farm the currency to switch to this on day 2 or 3, ''budget'' depending on how expensive primordial and anima jewells will be so i guess its a ''maybe budget'' early on due to elementalist being super popular this league for wanders ,. this is just a base ''budget'' version , you can stack up millions of more dmg on this build with more investment.

why penance brand elementalist? simple i wanted to play pbrand early this time around without having to need to invest alot of currency to make it work , and elementalist fits that role perfectly well,it also comes with easy access to massive amounts of aoe that scales well with herald of ash for clear for legion or breach , with investment oriaths end and inpuslas or explody chest makes it even more fun. single target wise pbrand is always top tier so you c an easily boss rush t17s for uber frags , for strongboxes/juicing strats on t17s you would want to invest a little bit more .

How does the golem effect nerf affect this build ? meh , we stack primordial bond+primordial jewells , you wont even notice it so its pretty much nothing .
