twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/raixorschmaixor TLDW: 14c investment per map (just sextants and map device) Sextants are very easy to buy in bulk right now, since everyone and their grandma has been rolling them for profit. (div price at the moment of making 190c)
Use essence on map device, alva sextant, 2 strongbox sextant (kinda optional), remnant sextant and harbinger sextant.
Basically farming essences combined with fast mapping. Around 80c (avg) "guaranteed" profit per map.
Sell essences/deli orbs only in bulk. If possible sell them for divines. Otherwise make big buyouts (eg. for essences 27/27 chaos or similar)
Promenade because getting a patient every now and then is cool. Double boss for extra harbinger sextant profit.
