Overview
Mostly doing T16s with Kinetic Blast - Path of Exile is a Path of Exile Whisperer build by DeadFixel, made for the Phrecia league (3.25.alternate). It is centered on Kinetic Blast of Clustering and plays as a intelligence, attack, projectile, area archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 563.41K DPS with 43.96K effective HP, 3.21K life, 223 energy shield. Suited for: Blight.

DeadFixel's Notes
The build is coming together, and feels overall quite nice. I did quest Eater and quest Exarch off-stream without much of an issue, and bought carries for Uber Elder and Maven. With four voidstones, I'm ready for T16s. Also I'm starting to have a decent idol collection, so blights start to be better and better as well.
In Legacy of Phrecia we get 19 fresh ascendancies and a completely different endgame systems. While it's not quite a new league, it still should be a fun event with plenty of things to explore.
The final build is going to be Kinetic Blast of Clustering Whisperer. Should be fun.
