Help me understand how this works ? I shoulden't be able to get perma Shard Scavenger.

Made a mistake in video, i'm currently at 38.5 % buff slower duration.

Currently gathering divines to get headhunter :)

Ain't got yet a weapon switch, mb going totems. Any ideas how to improve the build ?
