Hi everyone, wanted some input but also to show off this general concept I have had since last night and put this together in about 2 hours. Gems are not leveled, gear is mostly garbage or taken from other chars. (ashes shouldn't be ashes, it should be +1 with charisma annointed)

This build takes advantage of the freeze and chill effect of cold snap paired with heat shiver (vaal cold snap ALWAYS freezes) and power charge stacking. Why? the skill has very good base dmg and effective added dmg. Also, the skill behaves much like storm call (i believe???) and can potentially overlap on each cast.

This is mostly a meme/troll build i've been playing and I only enjoy playing off meta builds with random skills/items.

Lots of improvements incoming and im almost certain this can do some end game content but maybe not all. Mostly a farmer
