Overview

Proof of concept for cast on ward break cold snap of power is a Path of Exile Inquisitor build by claymir, made for the Mirage league (3.28). It is centered on Vitality and plays as a aura, strength, spell, area archetype. Defensively it sits at 7K effective HP, 2.95K life, 1.18K energy shield. As the proof of concept shows: it is possible to bypass the cooldown of coldsnap with a typical ward flask setup plus an power charge on ward break using an eye of innocence to break the ward on ignite.

ps: This is not yet anyway close to a real build but it shows interesting potential
