Alright, I've made some significant changes to the build. It's looking a lot better with power charges, and thankfully the meta hasn't overpriced some of the gear for this! Still some more changes to go, like CDR boots and some more attack speed to push closer to 9ish effective trigger rate. POB including Merc Auras and Gear: Updating as I go. Definitely not the most ideal class to do this on, but fire resistance stacking plus me hating campaign, I made this on the Chieftain. DISCLAIMER This is degenerate and is by no means a build guide.
