[Path of Exile 3.13] Unleashing Kineticism With Bleed Kinetic Bolt - Min-Maxed Build Guide

This is the culmination of my end of league project from the Ritual league. I dumped maybe 60-70 exalts into the gear to make this build in any way viable. I go over how the build works and passive tree while also explaining the gear choices and how most I crafted it. I had a lot of fun min maxing this build, but was hoping it would turn out a little more viable.
