Same as with the 3.27 version, this Cast When Damage Taken Saboteur uses level 1 spells with Triggerbots and lots of flat damage scaling to shoot out a ton of projectiles and trigger over 200 spells per second.

Using The Burden of Shadows and stacking max Life, it adds a ton of flat damage to spells. I then use Malachai's Simula for the Blood Magic keystone for even more max Life and to convert Mana Cost to Life, and it also grants some sweet Double Damage procs.

Same as before, Eye of Innocence is used in conjunction with Ngamahu's Sign to sustain the feedback loop, and a Watcher's Eye with Life on Hit takes care of the upfront Life Cost. Combined with 54% Life Recoup and Life Leech, the build can sustain on single targets and still easily outheals Shaper Beam.

Furthermore, we elevate the entire build with the Nameless Bloodline for an extra ring slot and spec into Shrapnel Specialist for free returning projectiles.
