Testing this belt after Arns Anguish and next comes Gravens Secret. 60% Overshock Shock with zdps. Reaching over 1000% shock effect and 1000% cold effect. More of a theory craft than a build guide. Trying to find a use for the frenzy charges maven belt. Trying to apply maximum shock/freeze/brittle/sap/scorch effect with (zdps) zero dps Testing with different ailments, mainly with shock, chill, freeze, ignite, brittle, sap, scorch, bleeding and poison. Damaging ailments and mainly non-damaging ailments.
