Showcasing a budget version of my Shield Crush Raider in 3.24 Necropolis League.

  • the build has +12m single target dps at lvl 93 with great survival (+164k eHP) and mobility.
  • The core of this setup is put together for less than 10 divines, plus an old jewel I had lying around, which might push the value up towards 15 div total.
