Overview
Runed Knight spectres (PoE 3.24) is a Path of Exile Necromancer build by VelvetSky1102, made for the Necropolis league (3.24). Going through expedition content, and testing all spectres for myself to find that perfect clearing & casual bossing spectre. These are another fire spectres, this time clear speed is not that good, but single target is acceptable, the small explody things deal lightning damage and provide 50% chance to shock and blind which is nice, but the main clearing projectiles are fire, not a fan of two damage types in my spectres.
