I think should be good for Sanctum 1hit run too if I go lowlife for 30% more spell damage, think the same should be done if you take on Ubers. Only Uber I couldnt do on this was Sirus and Uber Chayula.. but for Chayula I used Heatshiver and just ran out of ES\Mana, might be actually totally fine with Devouering Diadem, havent done it again.
