Charge Stacking Penance Brand of Dissipation! This build does it all, its quick / snappy / does a ton of damage and can be very tanky!
96% of the time were a blocking machine and praying for the best and well 4% of the time .....we have 6 portals xD.
If its blockable we can block it!
This build has been able to do everything in the game without question. I have managed to complete multiple different valdo maps, all ubers and all kinds of crazy tier 17 content.
